We’re excited to announce the launch of our video series, Coffee Break Culture Change Conversations. Yes, it’s a bit of a mouthful, but we love it because we want you to sit back, make yourself a coffee (or tea!), and tune into some of the most interesting, honest, and challenging conversations you'll ever hear.
At The Shift, we’re dedicated to disrupting for good! We understand how difficult it can be to challenge the status quo, advocate for yourself and others, and demand the changes that will shape the future we all deserve. That’s why we’re happy to lead the charge.
Our video series launch coincides with the UK’s Black History Month this October, and we’re kicking things off with four incredible interviews featuring Black British business owners we know and admire. Each guest brings a unique perspective from their respective industries. You’ll hear from Amos Eretusi, founder of a social enterprise focused on improving access for underrepresented talent, and Kevin Morosky, one of the top creatives of our time and co-founder of Pocc, a business and community platform. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Nana Bempah, the other half of Pocc, a remarkable CEO, founder, and mother. Finally, we spent 30 minutes with Kelechi Okafor—writer, director, and pole dance studio owner—discussing power, anger, and the state of the world.
