Traditional approaches simply aren't yielding the desired outcomes. Prioritising profits over the well-being of employees has become prevalent, revealing a discrepancy between high expectations and a shallow understanding of investing in their people and their future.

But in the last 3 years: “Employees of firms with 2-D diversity are 45% likelier to report a growth in market share over the previous year and 70% likelier to report that the firm captured a new market.”
